1. Scope
This statement explains how StudyMint collects, uses, stores, protects, and deletes personal data for parents, children, administrators, and pilot testers in Hong Kong, Singapore, and other supported markets.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account details, child profile and syllabus selections, linked email, phone and WhatsApp information, worksheet images uploaded for review, AI review results, learning hub records, tutorial progress, subscription or entitlement records, device information, and support messages.
3. How we use information
We use data to provide worksheet recognition and review, generate practice PDFs from previously missed questions, maintain scan history and unfinished jobs, manage accounts and paid access, improve service reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal or store compliance obligations.
4. Children’s data
StudyMint is designed for parents or guardians. Children should not create accounts directly. Parents are responsible for ensuring they have authority to upload schoolwork and manage a child profile.
5. AI service providers
Worksheet images and related metadata may be sent to trusted AI recognition and marking providers solely to perform the requested review or cleaning operation. We do not sell worksheet images or child learning records.
6. Storage, security, and retention
We apply access control, service separation, encrypted transport where available, and operational logging. Retention settings may be configured by service tier or business policy. Parents may request deletion of account and child learning records unless retention is required by law, payment dispute handling, or security investigation.
7. Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data. For privacy requests, contact the StudyMint operator through the official support channel shown in the app or admin portal.

4. 兒童資料
StudyMint 是給家長或監護人使用。未成年學生不應自行建立帳戶。家長須確認自己有權上載學習材料及管理學生檔案。
5. AI 服務供應商
練習圖片及相關資料可能會發送至可信任的 AI 識別及批改供應商，只用於完成用戶要求的批改或清理手寫痕跡操作。我們不會出售練習圖片或學生學習紀錄。
6. 儲存、安全及保留
我們會採用存取控制、服務分離、可用情況下的加密傳輸及營運紀錄。資料保留設定可按服務等級或業務政策配置。除法律、付款爭議或安全調查需要外，家長可要求刪除帳戶及學生學習紀錄。
7. 權利及聯絡
你可要求查閱、更正、匯出或刪除個人資料。私隱相關查詢可透過 App 或管理後台顯示的官方支援渠道聯絡 StudyMint 營運方。

1. Service
StudyMint provides parent-facing worksheet scanning, AI review, learning summaries, tutorial links, and printable practice PDF tools. The service may include web, iOS, Android, and admin portal components.
2. Accounts
The default login method is username and password. Email, phone number, and WhatsApp may be associated with an account for contact and support, but they are not login keys unless a future verified login method is introduced.
3. Parent responsibility
Parents or guardians are responsible for uploaded materials, child profile accuracy, syllabus selection, and deciding how to use AI feedback. StudyMint supports learning review but does not replace professional teaching, school assessment, or parental judgment.
4. Practice PDFs
Practice PDFs are generated from the child’s past missed questions and related records. StudyMint currently does not promise generation of entirely new curriculum questions.
5. Paid services
Some functions may require a paid plan, in-app purchase, subscription, entitlement, or alliance package. Available functions, storage limits, retention periods, and support level may differ by tier or partner arrangement.
6. Acceptable use
Users must not upload illegal content, infringe third-party rights, attempt to bypass access controls, overload the service, or misuse AI outputs. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service or other users.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after an update means the user accepts the revised terms.

2. 帳戶
預設登入方式為用戶名及密碼。電郵、電話號碼及 WhatsApp 可綁定至帳戶作聯絡及支援用途，但除非日後推出經驗證的登入方式，否則不會作為登入鍵。

4. 練習 PDF
練習 PDF 由學生過往做錯的題目及相關紀錄生成。StudyMint 目前不承諾生成全新的課程題目。
5. 付費服務
部分功能可能需要付費方案、App 內購買、訂閱、權限或合作夥伴套餐。可用功能、儲存限制、資料保留期及支援等級可因服務等級或合作安排而異。
6. 可接受使用
用戶不得上載非法內容、侵犯第三方權利、繞過存取控制、過度佔用服務資源或濫用 AI 輸出。如有需要，我們可暫停存取以保護服務或其他用戶。
7. 條款更新
我們可隨產品發展更新本條款。更新後繼續使用服務，即代表用戶接受修訂後條款。
